Şükran Moral at the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Lisbon, Portugal Şükran Moral participates in the video program “Hetero Q.B.” at the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Lisbon, Portugal.
She presents “Bordello”, a video of her 1997 performance in a brothel in Yüksekkaldırım, Beyoğlu, Istanbul.
The exhibition can be visited from April 4 to May 30

Moral, a resident of Rome herself, is featured with her works “Bordello”, “Hamam” and “Morgue” at Roman modern art museum MACRO in an exhibition titled “Portait of a city, Art in Rome, 1960-2001”.
The exhibition, curated as a timeline featuring works from established contemporary artists whose paths have crossed with the city at one time or another, will feature works from artists such as Marina Abramović & Yoko Ono, Robert Morris, Gilbert & George and Joseph Beuys.
It can be visited until 15 September.

WoWmen Festival which was held in Brussels between 10 and 14 March, featured Şükran Moral's videos titled “Hamam” and “Bordello”.
The festival also featured works of video, film and installation by Marjis Boulogne, Nada Gambier, Nilbar Güreş, Sharon Hayes, Marie Losier and Zeyno Pekünlü.

Şükran Moral will be featured with her performance photo “Hamam” at the exhibition titled “Call Me on Sunday” at Krinzinger Projekte as part of Curators Collectors Collaborations.
The exhibition will also include works by Marina Abramović, Tacita Dean, VALIE EXPORT, Maria Lassnig and Meret Oppenheim.
The exhibition is curated by Ursula Maria Probst and most of the featured artwork belongs to private collections.
“Call Me on Sunday” can be visited between 28 March and 31 May at Krinzinger Projekte, part of Galeri Krinzinger.
